Your Car's Cooling Process Keeps Your Car Cool
Whenever people talk about the health of the human body, in many cases they use the example of the care that your car needs. Basically, much like your body, you must take care of your car. Can you put enough time and care to care for your car like you would your body? You can't neglect your vehicle as its health relies on your care. If you do not care for your car, much like your body, it is going to get sick and die. If you are looking for a couple of good automotive websites, new car prices and
Nissan Invoice Prices are great resources to facilitate your car searching experience.
The lubrication system along with the cooling system are essential for your car to remain healthy. Remember that the cooling system is not the Air conditioner. The cooling system will keep your vehicle from getting much too hot. The car engine can create a lot of heat therefore it needs to be controlled. It's actually a complex system so it is smart to know what goes into the cooling system.
A common cooling system includes a thermostat, coolant, water pump, overflow reservoir, fan and a radiator. Other parts are the belts, receptors, as well as, hoses. The heat from the engine stems from the constant friction and the burning fuel. The high temperature becomes very intense to the point where it will damage the car if it isn't managed. The exhaust system helps to relieve a lot of the heat but some yet remain. The cooling system helps out by minimizing the surplus heating.
The system cools down the engine by taking out the excess heat. The cooling system is usually on whenever the car is running and operates harder as it gets hotter. The wear and tear on the engine is generated from the constant friction. Your car has to be cooled continuously regardless if the car is driving down the highway or standing at a stop light. When the cooling system does not work the way it should, your car will probably suffer serious damage. Your car has either an air-cooled system, or perhaps a liquid-cooled system built into the car, depending on the internal mechanics.
The two of these systems help keep your vehicle running in a smooth state for many years, as long as the cooling continues to work. For one's car to operate as well as you want it to, you need to learn that lubrication is necessary to lower the friction, and the cooling system is there to cool off the heat that has been produced by the friction.
what general pressure in the lubrication system?
In any enclosed system, it should be important to monitor general pressure, to quickly detect and address leaks.
Report: Jaguar gears up to produce small run of turbine-powered C-X75 supercars (Autoblog)
Filed under: Coupe, Hybrid, Performance, Jaguar
Jaguar has a bit of a tricky history with supercars. The only previous example
it actually built was the XJ220, which remains an impressive specimen even 20
years later, even though it never quite lived up to what the original concept
car promised those who put down their deposits. Then in 2010 the British
automaker unveiled the C-X75 and our hearts stopped.
The show car packed an intriguing twin-turbine powerplant into an alluring
svelte shape, which only begged the question: would Jaguar build it, and if
so, would it incorporate such an experimental propulsion system?
We had what we thought was the full answer last year when Jaguar announced
that it would indeed produce the C-X75, but that the turbines wouldn't make it
to the road, replaced instead by a hybrid drivetrain including a turbocharged
four-cylinder engine. Disappointing, sure, but a little less so considering
that the Williams F1 team would help develop the powertrain.
Now it seems that, while the hybrid turbo four will power most of the 250
examples of the C-X75 earmarked for production, a limited quantity will
actually include micro-turbines as envisioned in the concept car. ...
