How To Pick What Gymball To Get
AOK commenced its Gymball
development and testing programme in 1996. Since then world leading testing protocols have been developed for inflatable PVC products. As a result of this work the MaxBall & DuraBall were launched.
These products have been tested to ensure product consistency and have variously supported static loads well in excess of 4000kg with burst resistance to a load of 500kg.
This will not imply that the Gymball
is ‘puncture proof’ but it does give protection from explosive deflation. Burst resistance means AOK Gymballs are designed to take a minimum of 30 seconds to go down if accidently punctured.
Each Gymball
prepared is pre-inflated and tested to endure exceptionally low numbers of faulty balls. Over the past five years AOK have had a return proportion of less than 0.2%
A gymball with burst resistance to over 500kg might seem excessive, however when sitting on a gymball, the impact of your weight is extensively greater than your body weight. This is called impact loading. This can easily be 2 & a half times your body weight, therefore for an 80kg individual using a couple of 10kg dumbbells the impact load can easily exceed 250kg.
Typical balls compress underneath heavy loads, max ball maintains round figure beneath heavy loads.
AOK Gymball test
A 2 inch incision was made into the gymball with a sharp knife, simulating an object puncturing a gymball on the gymnasium floor.
A 75kg person remained sitting on the gymball, forcing the air to travel out of it. After just about 30 seconds, there was still enough air in the gymball to bear the user, giving them an adequate amount of time to safely get off the gymball without incurring injury.
Dura Ball Pro
The Dura Ball Pro has a 500kg burst resistance and will slowly deflate when punctured giving the user time in order to get off, to a great extent reducing the hazard of injury.
The Gymball resists deformation under heavy load which means that prioceptive/sensory pathways are stimulated right through the complete range of movement. It is even resistant to wear along with stretching.
Max Ball
The Max Ball has a 750kg burst resistance and will slowly deflate when punctured giving the user time to get off, to a great extent reducing the chance of injury.
Independently tested at the University of Newcastle, Australia this ball is specifically designed for heavy free-weight training in a commercial environment. Its dimpled non-surface prevents the ball from slipping whilst using heavy weights.
9 Gymball Rack
Gymballs tend to have a mind of their own - luckily we have developed a product to rectify this problem.
In order to stop them straying too far, our effective storage system is designed to keep balls secure. It fits all sizes of balls from 45-75cm, and holds up to nine balls within one space-efficient unit.
Gymball Stabiliser
The gymball stabiliser grants further stability in order to keep gymballs stationary.
Manufactured from high impact ABS it is excellent for learners in order to acquire confidence and advance users to carry out more challenging actions.
The base features four locator notches to allow the use of Reebok Core Board Tubes. Fitting for use with 55, 65 & 75cm balls.
Heavy duty pump for Gymballs
Our heavy duty pump is great for use on gynvakks abd karge inflatables
innovative design gives a permanent stream of air on both the up and down stroke.
Gymball Progression Posters
Escape have developed a range of exclusive large exercise posters - especially for you. Our Gymball posters explain progression workouts from Beginner through to Advanced level.
Reebok Gymball
The Reebok Gymball features unique self righting technology - meaning that the high grip textured exterior and sizing is always on top. Made from anti-burst foam PVC means that you don’t have to be bothered with reference to sudden deflation.
The innovative weight system at the bottom of the ball stops the ball from rolling away. The gymball also features a large number and color coding for painless size identification.
Reebok Gymball Rack
All nine Reebok gymballs can be kept under control with our safe & robust tubular steel storage space system. We also have available a Stacker Ring - an additional stylish way to store your gymballs.
what can i do with this stuff?

How-To: Achieve Total Halloween Domination! (MAKE Magazine)
Halloween was made for makers. Let's face it, there's only so much fun you can
have with homemade Christmas tree ornaments. Saint Patrick’s Day is pretty
much limited to food-coloring your homebrew green, and on the Fourth of July,
homemade fireworks are usually a bad idea (or at least that's what the local
police keep telling me).
